1. Consultation – once you have made contact via email or phone, our first step is to arrange either a face-to-face or online meeting to discuss all your needs and concerns. We will require some specific details about the space in question (a floor plan, type of build, date of construction, location, and general information about the area). Depending on what is required, we may also need the date of birth of those living and/or working in the same space. Following the consultation, we will send you a proposal which will include our costs.
2.Site visit – during the initial consultation we will arrange the most suitable time to visit your site to study your external and internal environment (if a home or business premise). We will analyse the physical component of a site, such as the topography and the composition of the land, as well as the internal layout. We will consider the intangible effects of the atmosphere on the physical form. We will also use a Chinese compass called a Luopan to ascertain the direction of your building/potential build. We will use the data collected to look at the effects of spatial orientation and time on your property.

3. Client report – once we have collected the above information, we will be in position to compile a comprehensive Feng Shui audit on your site/property which will include key recommendations of how to harness the vital Qi in your environment and rectify any imbalances. This report will take approx. 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the quantity of work involved. We will go over the report in person. Our overall aim is to empower you to create a healthy, prosperous, and harmonious living space for yourself and others..
